1. How can I book my stay?
You must contact us directly through our website or WhatsApp to check the availability of beds or rooms before confirming your reservation.
2. What is the age policy at the Hostel?
Casa Colibrí Hostel is designed for an adult environment. For this reason, minors are not permitted to enter or book accommodation.
3. Is there parking for guests?
We can only park motorcycles or bicycles. For cars, there are several public parking options available within one or two blocks.
4. Is the house noisy or is it a party hostel?
Absolutely not. We create a pleasant atmosphere in our garden with good music but at a controlled volume. We are a tranquil café bar environment focused on rest. Music is turned off by 10 PM or 11 PM maximum to ensure guests can sleep without issue. |
5. Do private rooms have their own bathroom?
No. Both dormitory beds and private rooms have shared bathrooms which are simple but comfortable, with hot water.
6. Can I work from the Hostel?
Yes. We have excellent Wi-Fi and tables in the Gastro Bar and other areas equipped with 110V connections to plug in your laptop or devices.
7. Is breakfast service available?
Yes, we offer breakfast service for an additional cost. You can request it at the time of your check-in.
8. What is the smoking policy?
Smoking (including cannabis) is permitted only in the central garden, which is a designated smoking area. The consumption of any other psychoactive substance is prohibited within the property.

1. ¿Cómo puedo confirmar la disponibilidad del tour?
Todos los tours (a pie, en bicicleta, en moto, catas) y los servicios de guía requieren reserva previa. Consulta nuestra disponibilidad para la fecha y hora que prefieras a través de nuestra página web o WhatsApp.
2. ¿Qué idiomas habla el guía?
Nuestros guías son multilingües y pueden realizar visitas guiadas en español, inglés y francés.
3. ¿Qué incluyen el recorrido en bicicleta y el recorrido a pie?
Ambos tours incluyen el acompañamiento del guía y una botella de agua. Además, se incluye una degustación de frutas en Casa Colibrí o en el Mercado de Paloquemao (según el tour).
4. ¿Es seguro el Moto Tour?
Sí. Por seguridad, el tour en moto es para una sola persona más el guía. Incluimos un casco con comunicador Bluetooth y ofrecemos guantes y una chaqueta (cortavientos o impermeable) a elección del cliente.
5. ¿Puedo incluir la Guía del Triatleta en mi ruta por carretera?
Sí, es muy recomendable. Puede reservar el servicio de acompañamiento con nuestro guía triatleta de alto rendimiento por un coste adicional. Consúltenos la tarifa al solicitar el presupuesto para el alquiler de su bicicleta.
